Born and raised in Rochester, New York, Mike’s passion and knowledge for commercial real estate stems from his own experience as an investment property owner. Mike started investing in commercial real estate in 2008, while working in the automotive repair industry as a master auto technician and manager. With a thorough understanding of meeting customers’ needs, as well as his own experience in investing in commercial real estate, Mike committed himself as commercial real estate agent in 2016 and is currently with EXP Commercial.
With a belief that trust is a key factor when choosing a real estate professional, Mike strives to gain that trust everyday by always putting the needs and interests of his clients first. He understands that investing in any type of real estate, particularly commercial real estate, is a huge financial commitment and as an investor himself, is able to navigate clients seamlessly through the process. Mike lives in Greece NY with his wife, Tina, and their 3 children. When he’s not busy with his kids’ sports activities, Mike enjoys a nice round of golf and spending quality time with family.

His relationships with the banking industry, developers, and commercial property owners are why commercial investors choose Rick to represent them.
As a native Rochesterian, Rick knows the upstate region of New York well and his expertise in commercial real estate, coupled with the highly regarded EXP Commercial brand behind him, allows Rick to bring a set of tools and skills that many other real estate brokers, agents, and firms are unable to deliver.
When Rick isn’t busy helping investors and clients find the right commercial property to suit their needs, Rick enjoys spending time golfing, snowmobiling, and hunting. He and his wife reside in Webster NY.
